House rules Holiday home JACK in Mar Menor II
Welcome to our holiday home! We hope that your stay will be pleasant and comfortable. In order to keep the living environment pleasant for all residents and visitors, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. When booking the home, you agree to these rules.
General
1. Respect for the Complex: Treat the complex and all common areas with respect. Avoid damaging facilities and communal areas.
2. Quiet and Silent Hours: Please observe quiet hours. Avoid noise between 00:00 and 08:00 to ensure the peace and quiet for all residents.
3. Wristbands for access to the Resort and Swimming Pool: The apartment comes with 4 wristbands, which are necessary for access to the resort and the swimming pools. You may be checked for these. The wristbands must be left in the apartment after your stay, as they are the property of the owners. In case of loss or damage, replacement costs will be charged. So take good care of the wristbands!
Cleaning and Maintenance
3. Home Maintenance: Keep the home and terrace tidy and free of rubbish. Private swimming pools (if any) should be kept clean and hygienic.
4. Waste processing: Throw waste in the designated containers. It is prohibited to place construction or bulky waste in the communal waste bins.
Use of Common Areas
5. Swimming pools:
- Swimming pools are open from April 1st to October 31st, from 10am to 10pm.
- Shower before entering the pool and use suitable swim diapers for babies.
- It is not allowed to use food, alcohol, music with loudspeakers or large swimming rings in the pool area.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wearing the wristbands provided by the complex for pool access is mandatory. Additional wristbands cannot be requested.
6. Community Gardens:
- No pets allowed in the gardens and communal areas.
- Barbecues, sports activities and cycling are not allowed in the gardens.
- Do not leave personal belongings or rubbish in common areas.
Pets
7. Pets: Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash at all times, and dangerous dogs must wear a muzzle. Make sure that pets do not pollute the gardens and other common areas. Feeding stray cats and dogs is prohibited.
Parking
8. Parking: Use only the assigned parking space. Park neatly within the lines and use the parking space exclusively for vehicles, without storing personal belongings.
Safety and Emergencies
9. Emergencies: In case of emergency, immediately call the emergency number 112 or the complex number 968-041-999.
10. Use of Drones: The use of drones within the complex is strictly prohibited.
Deposit conditions
1. Deposit: €300, payable in advance by bank transfer.
2. Returns: The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage or violations of the house rules are found.
3. Inspection: The accommodation will be inspected after departure. In case of deduction, you will receive a specification of the costs.
Situations and Costs
1. Damage to the accommodation
- Damaged furniture or appliances: €50-€500.
- Damage to walls or floors: €100-€300 per repair.
2. Additional cleaning costs
- Leaving extremely dirty: €50-€150.
- Deep cleaning carpet or furniture: €100-€300.
3. House rules not followed
- Smoking in the house: €150-€250.
- Unauthorized pets: €100-€200.
4. Loss of keys or wristbands
- Standard keys replacement: €50-€100.
- New lock: €100-€300.
- New wristbands: €50.
5. Unmentioned use
- Additional guests: €50-€100 per person per night.
- Unauthorized events: €200-€500.
