House rules Holiday home JACK – Mar Menor II
Welcome to our holiday home! We hope that your stay will be pleasant and comfortable. In order to keep the living environment pleasant for all residents and visitors, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. When booking the home, you agree to these rules.
General
Respect for the complex
Treat the complex and all common areas with respect. Avoid damaging facilities and communal areas.
Peace and quiet hours
Avoid noise between 00:00 and 08:00. Do not use loudspeakers or music systems in and around the apartment or in the common areas. Listening to music? Use headphones to avoid nuisance.
Wristbands for access
The apartment comes with 4 wristbands. These are required for access to the resort and the swimming pool. The wristbands remain the property of the landlord and must be left in the apartment upon departure. In case of loss or damage, €50 per piece will be charged.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Home maintenance
Keep the house and terrace tidy and free of rubbish. Any private swimming pools should be kept clean and hygienic.
Waste processing
Please dispose of household waste in the designated containers (±50m to the left of the building). It is prohibited to place construction or bulky waste in the communal waste bins.
Common Areas
Swimming pools
Open from April 1st to October 31st, daily from 10am to 10pm.
Shower before use and wear appropriate baby swim diapers.
No alcoholic beverages, food, music/speakers or inflatables allowed in the pool area.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Wristbands must be worn during the check.
Wearing the wristbands is mandatory. Additional wristbands cannot be requested.
Community gardens
No pets, barbecues, bicycles or sports activities allowed.
Do not leave any personal belongings or rubbish behind.
Pets
Dogs and cats must always be kept on a leash. Dangerous dogs must wear a muzzle. Do not allow pets to soil common areas. Feeding stray cats and dogs is not permitted.
Parking
Use only the assigned parking space. Park within the lines and use the space for vehicles only, not for storage.
Safety
In case of emergency: call 112 or the complex number 968-041-999.
The use of drones is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Deposit conditions
Deposit amount: €300 in advance by bank transfer.
Returns: within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or violations.
Inspection: in the event of damage or violation, you will receive a cost overview.
Possible costs for violations
Damage to furniture/appliances: €50 – €500
Damage to walls/floors: €100 – €300
Extra cleaning: €50 – €150
Deep cleaning furniture/carpet: €100 – €300
Smoking in the house: €150 – €250
Unauthorized pets: €100 – €200
Lost keys/wristbands: €50 – €100 (key), €50 (wristband)
Unspecified use or additional guests: €50 – €100 pppn
Unauthorized events: €200 – €500
