House rules Holiday home JACK – Mar Menor II
Welcome to our holiday home! We hope you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. To ensure a pleasant living environment for all residents and visitors, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules. By booking the property, you agree to these rules.
General
Respect for the complex
Please treat the complex and all common areas with respect. Avoid damaging amenities and communal areas.
Peace and quiet hours
Avoid loud noise between midnight and 8:00 AM. Do not use loudspeakers or music systems in or around the apartment or in the common areas. Listening to music? Use headphones to avoid causing a disturbance.
Wristbands for access
The apartment comes with four wristbands. These are required for access to the resort and the pool. The wristbands remain the property of the owner and must be left in the apartment upon departure. In case of loss or damage, a €50 charge will be made for each wristband.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Home maintenance
Keep the house and patio tidy and free of debris. Any private swimming pools should be kept clean and hygienic.
Waste processing
Please dispose of household waste in the designated containers (approximately 50 meters to the left of the building). It is prohibited to place construction or bulky waste in the communal waste bins.
Common Areas
Swimming pools
Open from April 1st to October 31st, daily from 10am to 10pm.
Shower before use and wear appropriate baby swim diapers.
No alcoholic beverages, food, music/speakers or inflatables allowed in the pool area.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. They must wear child wristbands during security checks.
Wearing wristbands is mandatory. Additional wristbands cannot be requested.
Community gardens
No pets, barbecues, bicycles or sporting activities allowed.
Do not leave any personal belongings or rubbish behind.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
In the resort's common areas, dogs and cats must be kept on a leash at all times; dangerous dogs must wear a muzzle. Pets should not be allowed to soil these areas. Feeding stray cats and dogs is prohibited.
Parking
Use only the designated parking space. Park within the designated parking lines and use the space exclusively for vehicles, not for storage.
Safety
In case of emergency: call 112 or the complex number 968-041-999.
The use of drones is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Deposit conditions
Deposit: €300 in advance via bank transfer.
Returns: within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or violations.
Inspection: In the event of damage or violation, you will receive a cost overview.
Possible costs for violations
Damage to furniture/appliances: €50 – €500
Damage to walls/floors: €100 – €300
Extra cleaning: €50 – €150
Deep cleaning furniture/carpet: €100 – €300
Smoking in the house: €150 – €250
Unauthorized pets: €100 – €200
Lost keys/wristbands: €50 – €100 (key), €50 (wristband)
Unspecified use or additional guests: €50 – €100 per person per night
Unauthorized events or parties: €200 – €500
