How lovely that you have chosen to stay in our apartment. We hope you enjoy a relaxed and carefree holiday at the beautiful Mar Menor Golf Resort.

To ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and other guests and residents, we ask that you respect the following house rules. By making a reservation, you agree to these house rules.

We have furnished Vivienda JACK with great care and ask you to treat it with the same care during your stay.

If anything is not to your satisfaction during your stay or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Team Vivienda JACK or our local management team. We are happy to help.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-out is at the latest at 10:00 a.m.

Guest registration is mandatory and must be completed in full prior to arrival.

You will receive the access instructions prior to your stay.

To keep the stay pleasant for everyone, we ask you to take the following into account:

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.

Only the guests listed at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the accommodation.

Visitors are welcome, provided they do not cause any nuisance and respect the resort rules.

Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed.

Treat the apartment, the inventory, and the common areas with care.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a quiet residential and holiday complex where residents and guests alike enjoy their surroundings.

We kindly ask you:

between 00:00 hours and 08:00 hours to respect the sleep of others;

no speakers or music systems to be used in the apartment, on the terrace or in the common areas;

to listen to music exclusively through headphones or at a low volume;

taking into account neighbours and other guests.

The following rules have been established by the Association of Owners of Mar Menor Golf Resort and apply to all residents and guests.

The swimming pool is usually open from April 1st until October 31st, daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Shower before using the swimming pool.

Babies and young children should wear appropriate swim diapers.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to use the pool.

Wearing the provided wristbands is mandatory.

Alcoholic beverages, glassware, speakers, music, bouncy castles, and similar items are not permitted in the pool area.

With Vivienda JACK, four wristbands are included.

These provide access to the swimming pool and other facilities where this is mandatory.

We kindly request:

carefully use the wristbands;

this is not to be lent;

to leave them in the apartment again when they leave.

For loss or damage, we refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

To keep the common areas clean and safe:

leave no waste or personal belongings behind;

barbecuing is not allowed;

Bicycles are not allowed to be placed in the common gardens;

Sports activities that cause nuisance are not permitted.

We believe in sustainable energy use.

Therefore, we ask you:

to only use the air conditioning when windows and doors are closed;

to turn off the lights when you leave the apartment;

to prevent unnecessary water consumption;

handle electricity with care.

Per stay, 15 kWh of electricity per day is included.

Any additional consumption will be charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

We kindly request that you leave Vivienda JACK in a clean condition.

Bring household waste to the designated containers (about 50 meters to the left of the building).

Construction waste, bulky waste or hazardous waste must not be deposited in the common containers.

Keep the terrace clean.

Use the inventory for which it is intended.

Your safety is our top priority.

In addition, we ask you:

to ensure that doors and windows are properly closed when you leave the apartment;

carefully handle keys and access means;

no drones to be used within the resort, in accordance with the resort rules.

To keep Vivienda JACK clean, fresh and comfortable for all guests, the following rules apply:

Guns and weapons are not allowed inside the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in Vivienda JACK.

In addition, the rules of the Owners' Association apply to the common areas of the resort. Dogs must always be on a leash there and owners are responsible for cleaning up any mess.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to:

taking out the trash;

used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on or leave it empty;

to leave the fridge tidy;

to close windows and doors;

to turn off the air conditioning and lighting;

to leave the keys and wristbands in the apartment.

This way, we can quickly prepare Vivienda JACK for the next guests.
